First-time students must be at the gym at least 10 minutes before class. For safety reasons, students cannot join the class after it starts - no exceptions. Students should bring a towel for their mats. South Beach Boxing sells wraps that students will need to purchase for $10. Students can keep these wraps & will need to use them every time at this studio. Loaner gloves are available for $3 to rent or $65 to buy/own.
